Volunteering

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Because our Center is initiating different projects, programs and activities we have created a network of friends, volunteers, students and other people who are interested in collaborating in our project. We have different programs: medicinal plants, pisciculture, indigenous permaculture, dance, handicrafts, agrotourism, construction, seed collection, native land tracts.

However, if you do not have experience in these areas, we will be happy to help you. The volunteer at our farm has the opportunity to work with any and all of these projects.

THE VOLUNTEER CAN CHOOSE ANY OF THESE PROGRAMS:

CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES AND MORE

Construction of bird houses, volunteer dwellings, composting toilets, etc.

TROPICAL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Includes working in the fields, seedbeds, planting and caring for plants such as: yuca (cassava), bananas, vegetables, corn and others.

BIRDS

Includes construction and maintenance of Tilapia ponds, including chicken and other animals that we plan to introduce.

SEED COLLECTION

MEDICINAL PLANTS

We value and conserve the natural medicine of our forests that our ancestors used. All natural!

TRADITIONAL DANCE

Maintain the typical dances of our ancestors and participate in social and cultural events.

HANDICRAFTS

Help us make necklaces, bracelets, bags, baskets, headdresses and more, with seeds and other typical materials.
