Shipping

• Your items will be shipped no later than the next Monday or Thursday after your payment has been received. So, for example, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will be shipped on the same day, the next day (Sunday), or on Monday at the latest.
• We use recycled packaging as much as possible. Many larger orders cannot be shipped with recycled packaging, but we always re-use as much bubble wrap as we can in order to reduce our environmental impact. If for some reason you do not want re-used packaging, please just let us know in the “Comments” area on the Check Out page.

Returns

We’ve had this website up and running for almost a year now and haven’t had a single return, so we’re pretty sure you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you’d like to return something, you must send it back no later than seven days after receiving it. We will pay for return postage if the item is defective. You are responsible for packaging the item correctly when you send it back.
